Group Training
Do you prefer working out in a group?
We’ve got you covered!
Our group session have two main aims:
1- Improve every members fitness level.
2- Create a fun social environment where like minded people can come together.
During the summer, our group sessions are held every Saturday morning 10am-11am at this location.
